Pool deck
Our large pool deck is a great place for families to relax or play together and create the memories of a lifetime.
The pool deck boasts a spectacular view which is the envy of many other houses including others on Lake Berkley.
Our house is centrally located looking out over the 14 acre natural lake which is home to an abundance of wildlife.
The pool deck is also furnished with 4 sun loungers including beach towels, and a large patio table with chairs and parasols to help enjoy evening cocktails whilst looking out over the pool which is illuminated by coloured lighting.
During the cooler months (October to April) we can heat the pool (for an additional charge) to make sure no one misses the fun.
On the pool deck you will find our new hot tub, purchased in 2022. We have selected, unlike most villa owners, a 220V Hot tub, rather than the usual 110V tub. It is large enough for 6 people.
Sit back and relax whilst taking in the many birds fishing for their dinner in the lake, the otters playfully amusing each other and ducklings taking their first steps.
This is an ideal place to escape the Florida sun and enjoy your surroundings without having to go inside.
