End of stay cleaning charge $200
Optional Pool heating @ $25 per day - we recommend pool heating between October and April.
All rates are subject to sale tax and tourist tax of 13,5%.
Payment terms
To secure the booking we ask for a down-payment of $500. Additional, we request a US$500 damage deposit, which is payable together with the final payment and which will be refunded if the villa is left in good order. The final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. In the unfortunate case that you will need to cancel, we will refund the full amount already paid if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival. We refund 50% of paid amount if cancellation is received 15 days prior to arrival. After that no refund is possible.
All rates are in US$ but can be calculated in EUR or UKP as well. Rates are subject to change without notice. We can accept personal US Dollar checks or bank transfers.
